Children's Vocal Music

Joy Choir (Age 4 - Kindergarten) - This first musical experience is a fun way to learn basic musical skills & praise God. Sings for Sunday worship service when ready, a few times each year.  Contact Julie Strong or learn more about her.

                  Wednesdays, 4:00-4:40 PM, Hub Room.

Carol Choir (Grades 1 - 2) – The choir has an emphasis on fun, while developing musical and singing skills with worship awareness. Children who participate in choir develop self-confidence as they learn new musical and social skills.  They sing for worship monthly and for special occasions including a Christmas Cantata. Celebration Choir (Grades 3 - 5) – This choir continues to help children discover the joy of praise and worship through music.  Its emphasis is on fun, a continued develop of musical and singing skills, and an increasing knowledge of Worship.   They sing for worship monthly, special occasions, and present Christmas and Spring Cantatas.  Contact Beverly Seifert or learn more about her.

Children's Handbell Music

Genesis Bells (Grades 3 - 6):   Participants will learn handbell technique and music reading through the use of English handbells and will play quarterly for worship and special occasions.   Contact Leane Bilstrom or learn more about her.  

                  Wednesdays, 3:45-4:45 PM, Courtyard Room.

Chime Ringers (Grades 1 and 2):    Children will learn basic rhythms and note reading through use of handchimes and will play occasionally for worship and special occasions. Contact Leane Bilstrom or learn more about her.  

                  Wednesdays, 4:45-5:30 PM, Sanctuary.
