Thursday’s Kids

Childcare and preschool age classes are provided in conjunction with the Thursday morning Women’s Connection meetings.  The Women’s Connection is where women of all ages gather to support each other in their faith journeys with study, prayer, and fellowship; focusing on personal growth, family, and community outreach.

Children's Stewardship

The children of our church family are learning to be faithful stewards of their time, talent and treasure. Each Sunday an offering is received to share in caring for God's people. Ministries in Africa, Mexico , and the local area are being enthusiastically supported by the Church School.

Worship Experience

An important part of a child's Christian Education is to become familiar with the elements of worship. Through worship our love and reverence for God deepens.

Children are always welcome in worship. Beginning in October at 9:30 and 11:00, grades 2 — 5 are scheduled to attend an entire worship service with a parent or adult friend once a month. This allows children the opportunity to experience music, liturgy, prayers, and the church family worshipping together. The brochure, Making Room for Children in Worship, offers suggestions for preparing and guiding a child through a worship experience.    The children's worship schedule is located here.

In April and June all grades attend church school classes. During July and August children entering First Grade (in September) and up attend worship every Sunday.

Summer Programs

Summer programs include Discovery Bible Campand camps for all ages.
