Thursdays at Lake Grove
Several women's groups meet on Thursday mornings at LGPC for fellowship and to discuss God's word. Please join us! Childcare through Kindergarten is provided in age-appropriate classrooms from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. To make a reservation for childcare, please e-mail DianeParker@lakegrovepres.org or phone 503-636-5656 ext 101.
MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers)
Meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of
each month from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall during the school year
and in various parks during the summer.
MOPS helps moms through relationships established in the context of local groups that provide a caring atmosphere for today's mother of young children.

CONTACT: Marilyn Brian A group of mature ladies that meet for a short fellowship time and then study. They are discussing the current Sermon Series.
The Knitting Group
Do you like to knit or crochet (or would you like to learn how)? Bring your yarn and needles and meet in the youth room on Thursdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 p.m. with knitters and crocheters who have a wide range of skill levels. There are a number of projects being worked, including scarfs, purses, sweaters, prayer shawls, and hats/caps for women undergoing chemotherapy.

We have a number of small groups for women that meet regularly at many different days and times for Bible study, prayer, fellowship, and various outreach/mission projects.

Chancel
Guild
This group serves the Worship & Sacraments Commission and is dedicated to providing the decorative arts for the church. It makes banners,
arranges flowers for services, does communion preparation, holiday
decorating, etc. It is open to anyone who feels they have talent
in sewing, floral arrangement, design, etc. Members meet three times
