Home communion is done on the 1st Sunday of the month in the early afternoon but can also be done by appointment.  When requesting home communion, please include the information requested below and we'll call you back to confirm the appointment.

If this is the first time you are requesting home communion, please provide information in the comments field if finding where you are staying is difficult.  Please let us also know if you have any special needs, e.g. you are unable to move without assistence.

Please make your request for home communion by the Wednesday preceeding the 1st Sunday of the month to guarantee we can visit you that Sunday.

Note: This home communion request will be sent to Lake Grove Presbyterian Church and an identical copy will be sent to the email address, if you specify one, in the email field above.
