Long-term
Visitation Teams
The deacons maintain a list of the home bound or seniors who cannot attend
the worship services. Deacons are assigned several shut-ins to regularly
visit. Reports are made to the pastoral staff.
Home Care / Hospital Equipment
For those who are in rehabilitation or in need of special equipment, Lake
Grove stores an abundance of physical therapy tools for loan.
Respite for Caregivers
Sometimes the task of taking care of the ill or homebound is overwhelming.
Our respite care provides the break you need to take a Sabbath
and be refreshed from your duties to your loved one. This volunteer
service is available by request for occasional needs.
Offsite Communion
Communion is taken to members or attendees that are not able to attend worship. It is served the first Sunday of the month or as needed.
Transportation Manager
Secures transportation for members for worship services and offers rides for medical appointments during the week.
