LGPC uses the ACS database system as a repository for member and attendee information.  Access is an application that externalizes a portion of that information allowing individuals to update their information via the worldwide web. 

Only you can view your personal information on the ACS Access System

 If you choose, you can set up your "Personal Preferences" to allow other church members to view your personal information.  If any of the information in your personal profile is incorrect or out-of-date, you may submit changes to the administrator and they will be made to the permanent database.

You need an email address to access this system.

To log into the ACS Access system, simply click the “Login” link at the bottom of this page.  If this is the first time you are connecting to the system, you will need to register for a username and password.  Click on the “Get your username and password” link on the right side of the login screen.  You will be asked to enter your first and last name and email address.  To register, this information MUST MATCH THE INFORMATION IN OUR DATABASE.   If you are unable to register, please fill in the following FORM so we can correct the problem. 

A username and password will be sent to your email address upon your successful registration.  Save this information!  Once you have received your username and password, you can login to the system.  Remember to enter your username and password exactly as it appears in the email.

Feel free to roam the site to see what other information is provided.  In the months ahead we will provide more information and capabilities to the Access site.  At present, Acess provides you information on you and your family.  The calendar can only be used for personal dates and events.  However, you will soon be able to select and view categorized church calendars such as Music Ministries, Fellowship Events, Group Ministries, etc.  You will be able to submit a room reservation to the facility manager and schedule an event on the calendar.  Accurate data is important to the effectiveness of these utilities, so please take time to check your information and submit any needed changes.  

You can logout of the system at any time by clicking the “Sign Out” button at the upper right of all screens.
